The tempura is so heavy with frying oil that both my sandwich and shrimp taste ONLY of frying oil. No seasoning in the batter, that is still raw on the inside. Also the shrimp is inexistent both in the tempura and the sandwich. Unacceptable.

Quality of the food is great, but two items were missing from the order.

Second time that 3 things are missing from the order. Delivery 1hour after the agreed upon time (they’re late each time).

Impression décevante. Sandwichs bon, mais commande via takeaway à éviter. Commande de 120€ pas prête à l'heure convenue. Attente supplémentaire de 10 minutes sans excuses. Réponse désinvolte du personnel, blâmant le service de commande en ligne.
